Lecture & Demonstration on Japanese Cuisine by Ms. Takako FUJITA

The Embassy of Japan in Damascus and the Japan Foundation, in cooperation with FUJIYAMA Restaurant at Cham Palace Hotel in Damascus, held the lecture and demonstration under the title of "Culture of Japanese Cuisine" by Ms. Takako FUJITA.

 

Ms. Takako FUJITA is a specialist in Japanese cuisine and an owner of the Japanese cooking school in Japan. In the event, Ms. FUJITA explained the history of SUSHI, most famous Japanese food, and the ideas and essence of Japanese cuisine, having showed how Japanese people cook them by demonstration.
