Lecture of "Humanoid Robots and Japanese Culture" by Dr. Shuuji KAJITA

The Embassy of Japan in Damascus, in collaboration with Tishreen University, held the lecture under the title of “Humanoid Robots and Japanese Culture” by Dr. Eng. Shuuji KAJITA, Senior Researcher at National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology of Japan.
In the lecture, Dr. KAJITA, specialist in humanoid and biped robots, explained how Japan has developed humanoid robots and Japanese people cohabit with them, describing the unique cultural context in Japan and showing some animations of humanoid robots.
The lecture was a great success and gathered more than 350 audiences. The Embassy hopes this event enhances further mutual understanding and academic exchange with Syria.
